Create your Health ID Official Link https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in/register

Note:- Two required Document

1) Aadhar Number

2) Mobile Number ( Aadhaar link)

Step By Step process

Step 1) Go to Site https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in/register

Step 2:- Just click Generate ID Button

Step 3:- Enter Your Aadhar Number

Step 4:- click Check Box And Submit

Step 5:- Enter 6 Digit Otp & Submit

Step 6:- Enter 10 Digit Mobile Number & Submit

Step 7:- Enter 6 Digit Otp & Submit

Step 8:- check your Profile Fill Correct details (Email, Health ID)Step 9:- And Submit

Step 10:- Download Health ID
